Trained very well last week.
Felt completely drained on the Wednesday so took a full rest day, but other than that all sessions done.
Saturday was Matt's stag do but still managed an hour on the turbo.
Sunday was 1 hour turbo followed by 15 miles run, thankfully I didn't have to much to drink on Saturday, I had forgotten just how hard running after biking is, my legs felt like lead for the entire 15 miles.
Hopefully can get out on the bike with Jo this Saturday so we can see just how bad its going to be at Jodrell Bank Sportive
