New Training

OK so today is last day in work for 1 whole week and this is when training starts for the double.

I have been doing some and have gained a small base of fitness but now need to start ramping up the distance / intensity and stop the missed sessions, also need to look at weight as I seem to carrying to much, either that or Jo has shrunk all my clothes

I will try and put up here what training I'm doing.
